Integrated Support Services was founded with a simple belief. Everyone deserves to feel safe, valued and cared for in the place they love most, their own home. What began as a small team of dedicated care professionals in Benfleet has grown into a trusted local provider supporting people of all ages and needs across South Essex.

While much of our work supports older adults, our CQC registration covers far more. We provide personal care and support for older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic people, people living with mental health conditions and adults with physical or sensory disabilities. Our service is led by our registered manager, who oversees quality, safeguarding and training across the whole team.
